Chicken Scampi
“Make garlicky, buttery, delicious shrimp or chicken scampi in your own kitchen!! Just add butter, your favorite protein, and noodles for a meal just like you’d get in a restaurant. You’ll love it so much you won’t have any leftovers!!”
Pampered Chef Scampi Mix
In the first part of March, I hosted an Online Pampered Chef party for my local Pampered Chef consultant. This was part of an agreement with her to receive a free sample of the Scampi Mix to try out. Of course, anything new to try out is a must for me and my kitchen. When it’s affordable, simple, and tastes delicious, it’s a win all the way around. It’s also a perfect opportunity to share here with you as a review.
The Scampi Mix from Pampered Chef delivers on its quote. It is garlicky, buttery, and delicious! We did have leftovers, for that I am grateful. Leftovers make for the perfect lunch the next day and another dinner since it serves 6. When food is this good, I don’t mind enjoying it a few more times.
Season 1 1/2 lbs of chicken (Sliced breast or tenders), with 1 pkg Scampi Mix.
Heat 1 TBSP of oil in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Cook the chicken just until browned 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn chicken and cook 2-3 more minutes until the other side is browned.
Stir in 1/4 Cup of White Wine and cook until reduced slightly. 3-4 Minutes
Add 4 TBSP butter (1/2 stick).Stir well.
Serve over pasta. Garnish with shaved parmesan cheese and parsley.
