Grilled Salmon
Grilled Salmon. Salmon is one of my favorite fish dishes to enjoy. Don’t try to say that ten times fast! It’s such a versatile fish to make steaks, fillets, patties, kabobs and more. Salmon is good broiled, baked, grilled, pan fried and for some, raw.
This dish is quick and easy and healthy. I grilled mine inside using my cast iron grill on the stovetop. A quick, simple marinade to dip the salmon in and then rest for 30 minutes in the frig while you prepare the side dish. Here I used a Rice Pilaf.
