Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Onion chopped
  • 1 10¾ oz canned condensed tomato soup
  • 1 15 oz canned tomato sauce
  • 1 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • tsp Dried Oregano
  • tsp Dried Basil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 8 Uncooked Lasagna Noodles, broken in small pieces
  • 8 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 12 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Croutons – optional

Instructions
 

  • In the slower cooker combine the chopped onion, tomato soup, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes.
  • Add the bouillon cubes and all the listed spices to the slower cooker.
  • Add the 4 cups of water.
  • Spread the broken, uncooked Lasagna Noodles over the ingredients already added to the slow cooker.
  • Crumble the RAW ground beef over the top of the noodles.
  • Cover.
  • Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
  • About 1/2 hour before the Soup is done, stir in the RIcotta Cheese.
  • Serve with shredded Mozzarella Cheese on top.
  • Add croutons if desired
