Slower Cooker Lasagna Soup w/Beef
Meaty and Tasty Comfort Food kinda Soup. Especially for those cold nights

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Onion chopped
- 1 10¾ oz canned condensed tomato soup
- 1 15 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 4 cups water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1½ tsp Dried Oregano
- 1½ tsp Dried Basil
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 8 Uncooked Lasagna Noodles, broken in small pieces
- 8 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 12 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Croutons – optional
Instructions
- In the slower cooker combine the chopped onion, tomato soup, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes.
- Add the bouillon cubes and all the listed spices to the slower cooker.
- Add the 4 cups of water.
- Spread the broken, uncooked Lasagna Noodles over the ingredients already added to the slow cooker.
- Crumble the RAW ground beef over the top of the noodles.
- Cover.
- Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
- About 1/2 hour before the Soup is done, stir in the RIcotta Cheese.
- Serve with shredded Mozzarella Cheese on top.
- Add croutons if desired
